The 21-Day Challenge
You know what you need to do.
Can you actually do it for 21 days?
One thing. 21 days.
Keep your word to yourself.
Starts Wednesday 11 November 2026
Join the ChallengePick one thing. Something you have been saying you will start. Or stop. Or do more consistently.
For 21 days, we find out what happens when you stop relying on motivation and start keeping a record.
Not what you intended to do. What you actually did.
Make the commitment.
Live it and record it.
Read the evidence.
The F8 Diagnostic is free. 24 questions, about three minutes, across the eight areas of the F8 Wheel of Life™. It shows where you score yourself lowest.
It won't choose for you, and you don't need it to take part. It asks for your name and email so that your results can be sent to you.
How it works
You choose one thing. In the first session it becomes a commitment you can check: an action that is either done or not done, on days you name in advance.
You follow it for 21 days. It might be something you do every day, something you don't do, or something you commit to on specific days each week.
You check in each day. It takes under two minutes: was today one of your days, did you do it, and if not, what happened just before.
You meet live four times, on Wednesday evenings, with me and the same group of up to 23 people.
On Day 22 you read your own record.
The four sessions
Each session is live, at 19:00 UK time, and runs for 75 minutes. Sessions are recorded for anyone who misses one.
Success isn't perfection.
The challenge is to keep your commitment for 21 days. But if you miss, you haven't failed the challenge.
What you do next matters more than what you did yesterday. No restart. No penalty. No hiding the miss. You record it and continue.
At the end, you won't just have a feeling about how you did. You'll have a record: what you committed to, how often you did it, where you missed, what tended to happen before a miss, and what you did next.
Not a course.
Not therapy.
Not a promise to change your life.
Not 21 days to a new you.
Not 21 days to rewire your brain.
Not 21 days to build a habit.
Just this: what happens when you make one clear commitment, record what actually happens, and refuse to turn a miss into quitting?- Four live sessions with me, 75 minutes each
- A group of no more than 23 people, the same people throughout
- One daily check-in that takes under two minutes
- Recordings of every session
- Your own 21-day record, and the group's numbers read back each week
No motivational theatre. We look at what actually happened.
I'm Craig Carden. Former Royal Marines Commando. MBA (Distinction), MRes, FCMI. Author of the five-volume Self-Mastery series and fourteen published works. I've spent more than a decade designing and delivering leadership and behavioural development programmes.
This challenge is deliberately much simpler: choose one thing, make the commitment clear, and keep a record of what actually happens for 21 days.
The challenge is complete in itself.
In January I run the first cohort of a separate 84-day programme, IMPACT 23 From Fate to Destiny™. Its founding price is £1,200. If you complete the challenge and decide you want to continue into that programme, your price is £597.
Completing means checking in on at least 15 of the 21 days. A recorded miss counts. If you don't continue, that's it. You keep your 21-day record and owe nothing.
Questions
What can I choose?
Anything you can do, or not do, on days you name in advance, and check honestly. A walk before work. No phone after nine. Strength training three times a week. Two hours on your business, Monday to Friday. One thing only.
Is there anything I should not choose?
Choose a behaviour that is safe for you to change independently. If your chosen change involves alcohol or drug dependence, prescribed medication, restrictive eating, or something you're receiving medical or psychological treatment for, speak to the relevant healthcare professional before making changes. The 21-Day Challenge is not medical or psychological treatment.
What if I miss a day?
You record it and continue. A miss is not a fail.
What if I can't make a session?
Every session is recorded. Watch it before the next one.
Who sees my check-in?
Your daily answers go into a private form. Sharing anything with the group is your choice. Results are only ever reported in anonymised form.
Do I need to know your books or IMPACT 23?
No. None of it is needed and none of it is taught here.
Can I get a refund?
A full refund on request up to the start of the first live session on 11 November. None after that.
You already know what the thing is.
